Dear, is the seller has to get NOC from Finance Minister.

What is the exact process or is this all fake.

One of my friend has been resigned his job and saying since last 3 months within two days they will receive fund but till now not received any money.

He is not well educated and came from poor family and also have childrens. If I asked any the ng in detail he saying that sure this deal will get sucess and not to worry but as a friend I am trying to knowledge him to come out from this, So that I started to searching to know about the RP deal is real or fake.But since I can't find the truth behind the deal.

Few saying it is true and some saying is fraud or scam and one showing RBI caution about scam and recent news sucide by doctor family on October.
