sir i am extremely sorry you might get hurt or disappointed with what i am gona say so before itself i am apologizing cause i am talk straight and true facts .....sir you said on your terms and conditions u need a company to buy your article right.........sir company has the money for which you are selling your article sir...... and its not applying for any job at you to buy that article you are saying that company who will be paying you lakhs of crores to you ....you gona interview and test them......

you seems to be builder so let me come in your way sir if you wana undertake a land for development or for sale do you take it without checking the documents and land and buy as the seller demands ...........every business ultimately happened the same way sir
