PRICELIST - One Rupee (Notes)

Dear All,

Please note that the prices of antique Indian paper money changes almost every other week,for example before diwali all regular one rupee bundles in unc condition consisting of 100 nos. of notes in consecutive serial nos. was of Rs. 3,000/- and now it has fallen down to approximately Rs. 2,000/-

so the prices that I will be quoting will be for this period i.e. 07/12/2010

Some people may have a difference of opinion with regards to my rates, some people might feel that I am quoting a higher or lower price, but this is my own individual selling and buying rates, My source is an auctions site which is into the Indian antique currency auctions business for the past 35 years in Mumbai. I have also taken into consideration actual selling rates on ebay and the market value and the rates that genuine dealers discuss with me almost every other day.

Please note the prices that I will be mentioning will be my selling price…. in 50-60 percent condition of the note i.e. the note will have no tear, no tape and holes other then the regular and normal stapler pin holes.,

prices of bundles will always be approximately in 80-90 percent condition or unc condition

1935 - King George V – Single note is worth Rupees 3,000/- (Bundle in unc condition consisting of 100 nos. of notes in consecutive serial nos. would be approx. 2,50,000/-)

1940 - King George VI – Single note is worth Rupees 1,500/- (Bundle in unc condition consisting of 100 nos. of notes in consecutive serial nos. would be approx. 2,00,000/-)

1944 - King George VI – Single note is worth Rupees 1,500/- (Bundle in unc condition consisting of 100 nos. of notes in consecutive serial nos. would be approx. 2,00,000/-)

1949 – Floral Design - Signed By K. R. K. Menon - Single note is worth Rupees 10,000/- (Bundle in unc condition consisting of 100 nos. of notes in consecutive serial nos. would be approx. Rupees 10,00,000/-)

1950 – Floral Design - Signed By K. G. Ambegaonkar. - Single note is not of very high value (Bundle in unc condition consisting of 100 nos. of notes in consecutive serial nos. would be approx. 1,50,000/-)

1951 - Single note is not of very high value (Bundle in unc condition consisting of 100 nos. of notes in consecutive serial nos. would be approx. 1,50,000/-)

1952 - Single note is not of very high value (Bundle in unc condition consisting of 100 nos. of notes in consecutive serial nos. would be approx. 2,00,000/-)

1953 - Single note is not of very high value (Bundle in unc condition consisting of 100 nos. of notes in consecutive serial nos. would be approx. 2,00,000/-)

1957 Signed By L.K. Jha having ‘B’ Inset Single note is worth Rupees 5,000/- (Bundle in unc condition consisting of 100 nos. of notes in consecutive serial nos. would be approx. Rupees 5,00,000/-)

1957 Signed by A.K. Roy, B Inset, Z prefix , but the note should be ORANGE IN COLOUR - Single note is worth Rupees 10,000/- (Bundle in unc condition consisting of 100 nos. of notes in consecutive serial nos. would be approx. Rupees 10,00,000/-)

1964 Signed By S. Bhootalingam with B inset and A prefix Single note is worth Rupees 30,000/- (Bundle in unc condition consisting of 100 nos. of notes in consecutive serial nos. would be approx. Rupees 40,00,000/- )

My buying price will be 50 percent of the above-mentioned selling price…
