And other state property would be granted starting with 25 Cr only. We require documents valued from minimum 50 Lakhs to maximum 5000 Cr. Conditions: 1. Clientes must agree on 50/50 sharing on the granted loan amount. 2. Properties required for private Finance and bank loans 3. Tenure of holding property for loan would be Minimum 2years to maximum 5years( property owner could be authorized to partner holder) TYPE OF PROPERTY REQUIRED PROCESSING THE LOAN: a. Commercial, residential, industrial, approved land, vacant land (punjai). b. Taking over binding Properties from private loans as well bank loans C. Binding amount must not be more than market value of minimum 10% to maximum 20% . C. We hold companies that are already approved loans with banks and private Finance.
