Hello We are running Hindu Temple Trust in Tamilnadu which has a project proposal worth Rs.100 Cr. The Trust has 80G, 81B,12AA, CBTD, Niti Aayog, NGO DARPAN.

We are also building a Temple now. We welcome Donors/CSR/Second channel for work up to 100 Cr. We accept liquid and account funds as well. But not accepting funds from overseas as we have no FCRA

Terms:

* We do not pay Slot Amount/Booking/Moving Charges/Funder side Media etc., We retain 40% of the receipt.

* We are capable of reverting the agreed percentage back to the funder side within 3 days.

* Moreover, we will not show liquid cash/Account Statement in remote as we do not have official funds in Trust account/ or as liquid. Hence only official legal documents will be shared online for perusal.

* Once the verification and due diligence of the both sides, the Funder/Donor's Authorized mandate along with 2 persons (3 in total) shall come and stay at our Trust location and initiate the work. Accommodation will be arranged if the deal is on. Kick-back process will be finished within 3 days. [/list]
