We need an naked RP in and around Bangalore (Note more than 100km from Bangalore). Procedure: Day-1: Confirmation testing, if success then proceed to next day Day-2: Scientific testing with Token. If Gama is detected then token will be paid and joint custody taken. Day-3: Advance given.

Day-4: Agreement Preparation Day-5: Valuation, Negotiation, Payment schedule negotiation and Agreement singing. Day-6 onwards, payment starts in Bangalore.

But for Day-1, seller should give naked RP (Without packing) for verification.
