Let me tell you something about RP deal.

In India only Government buy real RP and its must be tested by 21 way. the Indian Government pay 75 cr per inc" and maximum time the deal can't be complete. because of our Indian police, they will verify how the RP come to you and how you get it where you get it and lots of problem you will face and after that police and politician will take the RP and they will make the deal and you will get 0 rupees for that. this is the real issue of Indian market to sell RP. Some company buy RP and those Company are not Indian also they pay more than government price and it will take near about 20 days to make the deal. but you will get full payment from them. and its true that you have to pay fee of Company. if your price come more than 100 cr then you have to pay 6 lakh and less than 100 cr 3 lakh. my dear friends there is lots of information and lots of thing you have to know to sell your RP. its not so hard to sell your RP if you know the information and also its not so easy to sell your RP if you don't know those information. i can give you some information to sell your RP easy way and safely but can't tell you here. if you want then you can contact me on my e-mail.
