We would provide assistance in procuring loans for various business proposals against property as collateral.

The property should be free from any liabilities like loans / mortgage, other liabilities. The loan amount can be 85%-150% of property value depending on the quality of project and collateral.

The rate of interest shall be 9-12% pa reducing balance.

Tenure : 3 - 12 years.

The property should be registered in the name of applicant and the person should be the principal party in business.

The documents required,

a. passport copy of applicant b. pan card c. utility bill d. bank statement 6 months e. project proposal f. details of collateral g. customer information sheet

all documents shall be colour scan copy.

Our service fees : 6% of loan amount. Demand Draft shall be submitted in advance when we start process.
