Deal will be started with 10 lac – 20 lac cash Escrow in shimla, Both the seller & buyer will sit with hard cash of 10-20 lac in a hotel as Escrow and by appointing a lawyer as arbitrator ,MOU,NCNDA and MFPA will be signed by both the parties and all the above mentioned specification will be mention in MOU. If buyer fail to show his fund proof or RP fail to perform above mentioned tests, Escrow will be forfeited. After that buyer will show required fund proof in bank by way of IN/OUT, after satisfactory verification of fund proof copper vessel will be tested at owner place and if it is found to be correct according to the above specification, token of 5cr to be released after signing an agreement and payment schedule for balance payment will be fixed by both seller & buyer. After the token is released RP will be kept in joint custody and will be handed over to buyer only after full & final payment.
