Red aloe vera, in India is Aloe Vera which is made complete reddish color by ascent of sap method using Eosin, a red colored dye in laboratories. It is deadly to consume it. Out of more than 350 species of aloe, none has reddish gel in natural. On the other hand, red pumpking is Pueraria Tuberosa, which is very common dry decidious forests of South India.
