Please be cautious when you deal in RP.In your scenerio i have a very strong feeling that seller will cheat you people.I dont't know how long you have been in this business but as far as my knowledge and experience goes please back out otherwise you might fall in serious trouble.It is worth taking risk if the material is in your house or it is there in your custody.For someone else arranging money for RP is very risky.Please think before you do such type of payment.
