Nice to hear from you all the details mentioned in your post.I don't know how long you have been in this business.As far as my knowledge and experience goes, this particlar RP will never be sold unless the seller himself wants it to.What does the seller wants money or financial proof.Seller might have told you lot of stories regarding this RP giving you lot of valid reason on his conditions.If i had the material and if i wanted to sell it, i would definatelly allow the tester to test it and wait for company to come and do the business.Material is there with me,my people,my area than whats the problem.On this also seller might have given you lot of explainations as to why not.Keeping the article at your place for so long doesn't value either the seller nor the mediators.It is valued only after the company buys it.Let me tell you frankly ,this is the most important point why business do not take place for so long may be years.Ask the seller if he really wants to sell his RP ,if yes than drop me a mail on
