ADV - bpl scrap deal with and without land (ADV - Property (Real Estate))
hello,
scrap deal in ghaziabad whose value according to high court value in 2012 is 76 cr.
We are asking for this 90 cr for scrap only.
This factory has land approx 15 acre whose value according to 2012 valuation by high court is 105 cr.
We can not sale only land due to scrap , so if you are looking for land only than you have to take scrap also.
Land value as per market value now is above 200 cr .
we are asking for only 120 cr for this land. In this party has to pay 25% initial payment in white in favor of high court. For this you have to comes into joint venture with our party.
