I am a retired Bank officer in Imphal.Manipur and also a RP enthusiast. For last 7 years I was in the upper Assam during my bank posting at Assam. 2. At present I have a very good connection with a RP buying company in Kolkata. If you are the sole owner of the material that is genuine and original one,then I can move to the buyer for you.
