Queen Victoria died in 1901, and no coins were minted in her name after that, so your Victoria rupee is a fake one for sure. Also there are only about 30-40 known genuine 1939 rupees( minted in the name of Kong George VI), most of the other ones are fakes( I have encountered about 40-50 fakes of this type in last 6 month alone). Please check and see if what you have got is a genuine coin or a fake like Victoria one. Email( unnut@yahoo.com) me the picture of George VI one if you think it is genuine.
