After the confirmation Angaadi Transfer / Note Transfer, u have to made the transaction RGTS with in one hr. b. 1ST transfer only for Rs. 25 Lacs ( Note: for building the strong trust & faith ) c. All transaction and transfer (RTGS) made after the receipt of Angaadi / Note Transfer. d. Rs 5 crore transaction should be done on the sameday from date of initiating the process by both the parties e.i wil provide Copy of Cancelled cheque required for initiate of RTGS. and Provide Pan Card also a.TDS : 1 % as per Sub Contract Clause (Refundable by the IT Department after submission of Return) FORM – 16 ..if issued by the Payee Party means i wil accept otherwise that 1% i wil not pay. b.i will give 4% charges: Chartered Account fees, Company Public Commission & Bill Raising Charges.
