(NOT FOR INDIAN ACCOUNTS). Brief summary of this pgm follows: ------------------------------------- Eligibility: Min. USD 160,000 TO $25M. Banks : Almost all Major banks outside India with good global credit rating are accepted. Blocking Method: Admininstrative Hold for major banks. For accounts in some locations like Philippines, Indonesia, Australia and certain European nations, a supplementary Swift MT799 msg to the traders bank communicating the internal admin hold may be necessary. Wherever "admin hold" is not possible, MT760 blocking is done. The Funds NEVER leave the Client’s Account or control. Returns depend on which Programs are available: 25% or 50% is paid to Investor every Week for 40 Weeks. Payouts occur every Friday. Other features: The Client’s Funds are grouped with other Clients/mirrored so returns are based on active Buy/Sell Programs of either $100 million or $500 million. This Program is available to Clients worldwide as long as their background is clean. Clients will be asked to make arrangements with their bank to block their Cash Funds or Bank Instruments in Client’s Account for the duration of 40 weeks Trade. Procedure: To enter, a client needs to send a Letter of Request, a normal KYC package and current Proof of Funds in the form of a currently dated Tear Sheet or bank statement signed by two bank officers, BCL, & Color Copy Passport and a Fee Agreement for 10% to pay the Commissions based on a Genealogy Report. Due Diligence and Fed Clearance to ensure the client is clean with no terrorist or criminal background will take 1-3 days. Cash Funds are preferred but fully owned Bank Instruments issued and authenticated by major Banks may also be accepted. After successfully passing due diligence and compliance, a contract is issued for client’s acceptance and notarized signature. After the signed contract is returned to the trader, the program starts the following Monday. Disbursements are made each Friday through a Trust Attorney according to Client’s written instructions. Finder Fee Commissions are paid to Intermediaries at the same time.
