68+2 or 70 all inclusive.

Buyer sends POF (70% which is 140M) for 1st tranche (200M) (tear sheet
OR bank statement and ATV (Statement can be redacted) and simple LOR

Seller (Owner) will respond next banking day with instrument detail.
Credit line is sufficient but bank verification is still needed.

Procedures for closing:

1. Can use SWIFT procedures ( She leads with a MT799, respond with a
MT799, MT760, MT103)

2. Can do banker to banker contact innahreed manner for mutual
verification's, then MT760, MT103

If buyer has other procedures in mind, I am fine with submitting them
the bank for approval.

BGs are already at the bank. As soon as we can show the exit buyer can
perform, Owner take title.
