if you go on the website of MHA you will see that till todate no trust in india has got more than 190 cr for sec 35. so your demand and proposal is statistically impossible.

you should also know that sec 35 i and 2 trusts can only take a very specific amount under strict supervision of IT authorities and if they are found to be taking more than what has been sanctioned to them strict action is taken against them.

however 80g trusts have no such limitations. they can take as much as they can absorb and can give your client handsome cash backs. if you take a typical transaction with a 80g trust your client earns 50 plus 80 that is 130 percent return on donation. there are methods where you can take money into companies rather than taking cash.
