max donation taken under section 35 ac is 200 cr by any trust in india so far. info is available on MHA website. so trusts having ability to take thousands of crores of donation exists in dreams.

get your facts right before coming out with terms.

Donors are looking for Trusts who can accept bulk donation. Donation Capacity is 10,000 crores.Donors are available to transfer bulk or medium size money.
Wanted genuine Trust either Hindu OR roman catholic. Preferably from Maharashtra, Gujarat and Rajasthan.

Trust must be having approved CBDT, 35AC(1)(2), SIRO, FCRA approved projects of thousands of crores. We are having donor, so we needed CBDT, 35AC(1)(2), SIRO, FCRA approved TRUST by NGO/Trust Fund Taker/receiver.

Trust requirements

1. Registration certificate should be in force while transacting.
2. 80G 1 and 2; means 80G & 12AA(1)&(2) registered Trust.
3. 35AC (1)and (2) means looking for trust having 35 AC (1) (2) and 35 AC (1) and (3) passed projects and those trusts are looking for donors.
4. FCRA 1976 act certificate in force. It must not be cancelled on account / pretext of bogus trust.
5. CBDT, 35AC(1)(2), SIRO, FCRA approoved TRUST.
6. Sanctioned projects of thousands of crores.
7. RBI sanction for accepting donations.
8. Receiving capacity of trust. Documentary evidence is must.
9. Bank of trust.
10 Trust must be registered under section 11 and 12 of IT act 1961.

Please note:

Meeting will be held only in the presence of trustee(s) only; not mediators only.

Prior the meeting; Willingness letter on the letterhead of trust signed by authorized signatory / managing trustee is mandatory.

Also mention your ratio between re-donation and amount retaining with trust in percentage, however mediators of both ends will receive 5% commission in total, which will be divided equally means 2.5% each side i.e. donor and trust side mediators.
