Pl check below terms & conditions of B party in Delhi.
1) Company Must be Pvt Ltd and balance must be maintained in Current
Account.
2) Account must not be CC/OD/FD /Dead Account.
3) Bank must be Mother Branch.
4) Balance maintained in the Account will be 24 Hours Old.
5) Balance must be minimum________( Accordingly)
6) Account Stat for 1 Month must be shown by Account Holder only in Bank.
7) In/Out or Signature Verification through Bank Manager in Bank by A/c
Holder or Authorised Signatory.
8) Healthy Running Account and balance must be of Profit and Surplus
Balance.
9)After that 1% Token willbe released along with Company Details.
10)The DD Preparing Process will Start, After that Payment will be paid
physically or by Second Channel( Axis/ Icici) within Bank in 2 and half
hours.
DD and RTGS both accepted.
11) Along with DD, No Claim Certificate from Account Holder is Required.
12) Nature of Pvt Ltd Company must be:-
a. Hotel Industries
b. Pharma Industries
c. IT Industries
d. Infrastructure
e.Real Estate
13) Time Strictly fixed for 1 hour between 9:30am to 11am.
14) Token Amount 2 Lakhs.
15) Commitment should be must before 24 Hours and Amount 2 to. 5 Lakhs.(
Escrow)
16)Monthly Turnover must be above 15-20cr for work of 5 Cr.
17) The amount for which Commitment is done must be in the account in that
month.
18) Muslim Account and Signatory not Valid.
