seller will raise a performa invoice around 10.30am ..it will directly be mailed to the buyer ,with copy to us .the invoice will be containing the detail of bank co ordinates of the bank itself on which RTG has to sent ..

payment is going to banks own a/c directly and not to seller"s A/C

buyer reaches his bank &instructs bank to perform the RTG on the given bank co ordinates for the invoiced value .
buyer will not get any confirmation (wither written or oral)

from the seller's bankeer prior to RTGS, about material or D.O

after the RTGs is performed,with in half hour's time ,buyer bank will provied UTR no.to buyer .

this UTR.NO.will have to be for forwarded to the seller by the buyer wihch will be delivered to bullion desk of the bank
as soon as the UTR is recived and confrimed by the bullion desk ,a bullion officer willl be giveng a call to the buyer confriming the receipt Rtg and that he will be issuing the D.O.

as soon as the D.O.is generated buyer will contact the paticular designated branch of for the getting the delivery across the counter.
