Standard Operating Procedure :
Buyer mails Bank Statement or Bank Comfort Letter for the  Purchasing quantity . To get BCL , the buyer need not have funds in his a/c . If buyer shows BCL , he must show Bank Statement before Gold Testing . Once Bank Statement for the Purchasing Quantity verified ,  Gold Testing will be arranged at  Designated Consortium's Venue at Zaveri Bazaar Mumbai or Pune or Goa or IDBI Mumbai and buyer will be invited . Buyer tests , pays thru Bank or Cash and takes metal from our Consortium's Venue . After full payment , if buyer requests , we shall deliver gold to buyer place . We may also consider gold delivery to buyer place "Unpaid"  in Mumbai / other cities after successful transactions and that will be at our sole discretion only

Without receiving BCL or BS which differentiates a buyer from a mediator , I won't  take risk  booking my air ticket & schedule / travelling 1000's of kms / wasting my precious time & money / losing goodwill with consortium by arranging metal testing .

Mediators are not entitled for privileged info such as pop or past performance proofs . Internet terms & Broker terms like bank to bank will be rejected summarily .

We know 99.99% of Mumbai/Indian buyers don't know a discounted gold seller , has not done a discounted legal gold deal and are buying gold at market rates only . Unless buyer proves himself with bcl or bank statement , he will be treated like mediator only . If buyer has his own dreams & self-serving buying procedures , he must try his luck somewhere else only
