Expected Rate of Int: <=6% per annum.

Interest will be paid: Annually.

Project Tenure: 7-10Yrs.

1st we sign MOU and provide Company Cheques then Simple mortgage will be done after releasing funds.

Required Fund in Hyderabad itself. No single rupee will be paid as upfront under any circumstance.

Please note: We need this fund as seed capital/venture capital for the new project. So as we are taking finance against property.
