<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Trust  under  IT Act 35 and sections 1,2 , 12A, 80G, FCRA is required for a<br />
Funder who has  RBI approved funds  ready.<br />
One  of  my contact group  is connected with funder very closely. They need<br />
reliable  , genuine trust  which has  agreed to below 15 terms &amp; which has<br />
latest  valid documents  which are listed below:</p>
<p>RBI Cleared Funds are ready for  Trusts under  IT Act 35 and sections 1,2 ,<br />
12A, 80G, FCRA .</p>

<p>5.   Gazette Notification for the amount sanctioned by the CBDT. We have<br />
approval for Rs……….. for our research activities in the field of …………………</p>
<p>6.   SIRO Letter</p>
<p>7.   Audited statement of accounts for the years ended 31.03.2015,<br />
31.03.214 and 31.03.2013</p>
<p>8.   Baptism certificate</p>
<p>9.   Bishop’s letter for the domicile of the Trust</p>
<p>10.  We have receiving capacity of the donation upto Rs……….Cr.</p>
<p>11.  Acceptance letter for 80% to Trust, 10% for redonation<br />
and 10% for the mediators</p>
<p>12. When trust  receives 80% of fund , 10% needs to be shared with<br />
Singapore key goup who  is  intending to  develop  humanitarian project  at<br />
Dindigul state Tamilnadu State as free funding from your trust .</p>
<p>The Net 70% of funds shall be retained by  the  Trust for their  project.</p>
<p>13.  5% at Fund  provider side closed</p>
<p>14.  2.5% at  fund receiver  side  closed</p>
<p>15.  2.5%  is  open to people who ever involved in connecting with  Trust  owner<br />

<p>Step 1 :Confirmation by Funds owner</p>
<p>Please forward their  letter of acceptance of  terms by the trust owner.</p>
<p>Please forward their Readiness Letter of latest documents as  listed below  by<br />
the trust owner.</p>
<p>Step 2 : We send  Donation request letter after receiving above two  letter<br />
from  the trust  owner .</p>
<p>Step  3: Trust owner forward the  Donation request Letter  with documents</p>
<p>Step 4: On receiving Donation request letter , The Funder shall issue<br />
welcome letter after their Due Diligence ok.</p>
<p>Step 5: They submit to  RBI</p>
<p>Step 6.When  RBI Cleared, The  approval  shallbe done..!!</p>
