Direct investment agreement.

this is my final process for direct investment agreement. please accept the process and start the work.

esccrow condition for direct investment agreement... 
1-one day before transcation 2 lacs escrow should be keep in fivestar hotel locker. 
2- next day both the party should reach bank on pre decided time during escrow.
3- Firt W party have to show his one month statment with 200cr  balance for 1000cr work in account. 
4- for w party signatory verification party have to sign cheque in front of buyer n withdraw 1000 to 10,000 rs.
5- once buyer is satisfied with the statement n signatory verfication. 
6-thn both party will move to W parties office for doccumentation work.
7- W party have to show his audit balance sheet and 3 yrs IT return and RBI permission to for investment.
8- once B party satisfied with his source of fund thn B patry will rtgs 1% as a token amt with KYC.
9- B party will show all doccument realted to project and and RBI permisson. 
10-once W party satisfied with the project thn W party will give cheque of tranction amt  to B thn B party will transfer all transaction  amt from his secondchannel to W Parties secondchannel. thn W party will rtgs once rtgs is done thn B patry wil handover cheque to W party.

doccument required from W party is statement, audit balance sheet, 3 yrs itr return. company letter head and stam.
Note:- account should be active and heathy account.

Then buyer will give RBI approved project.6- If w party satisfy with project then will move for investment agreement...
