I am a mediator for selling of Rice puller. The seller wants MOU get signed between buyer and him. MOU should like this-: If the Rice puller is proven fake, the seller gives a penalty in form of Rs. in lacs and if Rice puller is proven genuine then buyer is responsible for full payment of Rice puller as it will be discussed. If buyer could not pay the full amount then the buyer will have to pay penalty in lacs. Secondly, the seller don't want to pay any type of Company fee. He wants to get the MOU signed in Himachal Pradesh because RP is there. If you are agree with the conditions of the seller then we can proceed further. I will provide information of Rice puller after your reply.

all about ur meterial.my comp wellcomes u with 3 tested items{24ps of rice,
1 film & torch with 3 bulbs+2cell}.make mou and take 5cr rs adv,then within
