Do you have projects with 10 % cash in your or third party or Overseas account (min ticket 100 Cr. ), that account not need to block, on behalf of that, funding agency can invest 1000 Cr. for all Projects with in 15 to 25 working days. They don't need any collateral

There are no upfront charges, this model is called structured ROI, the investment will be given for 10 years or more depends upon the loan amount and for the first 2 years there will be no interest to pay, from the 3rd year on wards borrower has to pay the (5% per annum) interest alone till 10th year or till the last year as per the agreement, on the final year client has to repay the total principle amount.

Minimum amount should be shown in the account is INR 100 crore maximum no limit, if the borrower keeps 100 crore in account the loan would be up to 1000 crores.

There will be a admin/banking charges of 2.3% which will be deducted from the payment disbursed.

Facilitators charge is (5%+2%) one time for the loan amount.

2. If third party account Letter from the account holder that he can keep 100 cr equalent in his account to support you for the funding.

2. Project summary
By the time of the agreement can prepare the DPR as for your requirement amount up to 1000 Cr.

If required more can hold in account 10% more.

We are one of the Diversified Business Group in Kerala. Our clients include major business firms in Kerala. Our clients are looking for Project Loans starting from 10 Cr to 1500 Cr for expansion purpose. We have many enquiries regarding Project Loans. But we did not get a direct funding firm or funder.
