Process: Booking of hotel must be done one day before work by both parties on mutual basis.

Terms and Conditions Read it Carefully

1. Hotel: Escrow of 3Lc NGO + 3Lc Corp in hotel locker at Cannaught Place delhi. In case NGO request to see Bank Statement before showing the cash then there is escrow of 5lac each. In case NGO demands of Bank statement pullout there is escrow of 10lakh each.

2. After accepting these terms and condition, if either of the parties back out at the time of escrow then then penalty of 50K is liable and applied on spot.

2. 2nd day both parties will meet at 9AM at mutually decided location.

3. Corp authorized person will verify Money Q&Q.

4. Both parties exchange KYC & ROC.

5. NGO & Corp will carry all certified docs.

6. Corp will RTGS above mentioned amt in bank act of NGO, and Corp will give UTR code once the cash is load in CMS van.

7. NGO will handover base amt in Cash.

8. Corp will gives NOC (Disclaimer)/ Donation letter & take Donation Receipt only soft copy.

9. The premium money will be given in NGO party account only will not be given in cash.

10. NGO will give 5% to media.

11. There will be no commission given by Corp group.

12. Corp group will give 2% commission to employees group. Media will not interfere in employee commission.

13. Corp group will not interfere in media group commission.

14. Media commission of 5% is as per norms of RBI. Media can be release to Adviser or Consultants or Agents in legal manner.

15. NGO is free to pay commission either in cash or Via cheque. Cheques are to be paid after deducting services taxes.

16. Media of 5% will be distributed in in two groups (A) 2.5% to Lotus Consultancy Services + (B) 2.5% to Agents or trusties of NGO.

17. This deal is available on cash only, same deal is available with P Umesh or MM parchi.

18. In this deal Escrow is 100% needed & there cant be any further changes in any condition.

20. We at Lotus Consultancy Services works on advisory mode for 27 corporate groups across India.

21. This Deal is available in Delhi and NCR only.
