B party takes the authorised person of W party and shows the material.
W party starts Q & Q
After Q & Q is complete, W party shoots the RTGS to B party a/c along with the Premium
B party verifies the receipt of RTGS
W party loads the physical in VAN. Issues NOC. Trust issues tax clearance.
Both sides media is paid.
W party takes the material out of B party premises and takes custody.

After the first trial transaction, both the parties will sign an MOU for the total Quantum of work.
Charges 30+5
Media will not be entertained. Media people are requested to stay away and further requested not to call.
