We are looking for finance, we do have 10cr but we are a newly incorporated company. What we have is not enough to complete the project.

The finance company is a NBFC located in Singapore and the regional office in India

•The minimum funding amount is 100cr.
ROI will be 4-5 % per annum

•As they are not taking any security, they have some other terms

•Equity Funding: This aims to fund projects promoted by private sector at International rates of interest for long tenures.
• Promoters contribution must be around 10-12% of the Equity of the Project
• So the client have to show 10% amount in his account.
• If they don't have that much amount, they can show someone else account too.
• But your client and the account holder must sign a agreement that they are having MOU to sanction this loan.

(If they want 100cr loan, then they have to show 10cr in account).

•No upfront and no security.
