1,SELLER and BUYER Both Party meet and SELLER as check all the document,As given by the BUYER.
1,Balance Sheet 2,Limit Letter copy 3,IT papers.

2,Simultaneously BUYER Given OPEN LIMIT LETTER and then both party's make verification as satisfied, After both party make Agreement to be signed.

3,SELLER side Bank ,sent BANK GUARANTY directly to the BANK BRANCH EMAIL ID but don't sent to BANK BRANCH Manager personal Email ID

4,And Both Bank confirm and then Bank to Bank confirmation and FSMS Clearances will done,after 48 hours discount.

5,Amount 5% INTERMEDIATER commission will be pay,
and Balance money Equally chared by both party's.

6, Advance money is not payed.
