*Place* - Mumbai / Delhi / Bangalore / Gujrat / Pune / Chennai.
Escrow will be done in Mumbai any suitable place where both parties agree. Or else Trust can do booking amount in Mumbai take DD and Do escrow at execution place.

*Procedure as Following*

*Day 1-* Please read Escrow and Booking process below.

*Escrow* *10 Lakhs to 25 Lakhs* in Hotel Locker Morning Time 10 Am or Booking amount 10 Lakhs to 25 Lakhs.

A. 10Lakhs: Company will provide DD of 10 Lakhs. Statement after sighting of cash.
B. 18Lakhs: DD + Statement of account 24 hours in advance for verification.
C. 25Lakhs: DD + A Director of company will visit bank with your rep to pull-out statement of account and do other verification needed.

(PARTY who Fails to Perform will CLAIM ESCROW Amount) *

Once it done Same day after Escrow, *Meeting with Company to Exchange KYC*

*Trust to Bring Following papers in Company Meeting*
-CA Approved Project
-Bank Receiving Later
-80 G
-12 A
-PAN Card
-Other KYC Documents

Company will Show *only KYC* in Meeting and IT can be Verified by TRUST
*Statement in Bank next day when performing work. *

*Day 2*

All parties will Reach Bank on mutually decided Time (Morning Slot)

*STATEMENT* will Pulled out from Bank in front of Trustee / Chairman / Authorised Person which *can be verified* by Cash Party.

Once it Verified by Cash Party, to Show material to White Party.
Once Q&Q done RTGS will be done by White Party

After RTGS credited Cash Party can do In & Out to confirm receiving of payment.

After it done the Cash will be taken away by Company.

After completion of work Both Parties will do the Agreement in Evening of total amount.
