Our conditions are.
*Funds to be routed through in
An India based company.
*The blocking to be done in India.
Process:--
A)Once companies have exchanged KyC,a BCL will be pulled out and a statement will be given by the party with the surplus.
B)Right away,a token amount of two percent of the value to be given by the company with the holdings/funds.
C)After this process,the company with the surplus shall put down written instructions for a holding letter to be issued.
D)Within 5 days maximum ,the entire amount to be routed to the surplus company's account and the admin block is to be completed.
Note--mumbai only mandate or media is 1+3+30
