Procedure to follow
1. Seller will provide Slot Ref.id.no., date & time of the transaction, bank & branch, VP name
& Ph. Number .VP desk code , volume & name of authorized person who enter the bank
& facilitate the transaction details through SMS /Email to the buyer/buyer’s authorized
person ,on or before Previous day of the transaction within bank working hours.
2. Buyer can verify the slot details as per his contacts in the bank through buyer VP and
confirm sellers slot details, if not confirmed, inform immediately to seller / seller
authorized person.
Slot Day
1. Seller has to book Business transaction slot within 10 am to 11am. Before entering bank
seller person has to show mail which received from bank without any condition to buyer
person.
2. Buyer VP will invite Seller VP, if slot booking confirmed by buyer VP previous day of
transaction date , if buyer vp not confirmed slot booking previous day ,then Seller
person has to invite buyer/buyer authorized person to seller VP cabin.
3. Seller VP has to verify slot on his domain to buyer person.
4. After verification buyer VP will join seller VP cabin. Buyer VP will pull out fresh
statement affixed by stamp and sign of VP.
5. Seller VP can verify from his source.
6. Seller VP will create transaction ID.
7. Buyer VP will send RTGS as per receiving capacity of seller’s receiving a/c.
8. After this Sellers VP will release transaction code.
9.MOU for total volume will be signed mutually after the first transaction successfully ,with
the same ratio agreed .
(NOTE –FROM SELLERS VP WILL NEED DOMAIN VERIFICATION BEFORE 10.30 AM AT ANY
COST,WHOEVER FAILS IN ABOVE TERMS WILL PAY 10 LAKH PENALTY INSIDE BANK ONLY.)
