The ratio are as follows, for Minimum old 100c we provide new 20c. escrow not required.

I have funders who are ready to show new first with few conditions.
But my client was not shown any new material after he showed the old to them.
So he is ready to keep 15L escrow as well expect the same amount to be kept as penalty.
If new party didn't show after seeing old it would be penalty for new and vice versa.
It's all because after they show old, the new party didn't show new.
That's why they are asking new party to keep penalty before itself.
And as you said there is no value for old material but it is the purpose of this business to exist.

Hi Buddy, There are no value of old now a days,why the New party will have to
show you first.If you have old my party will do but first you send the video
clip of the old then new party will move and will agree for escrow.

My client have a huge amount of old material which he wanted to convert into new
Let me give details

1. Material is in Chennai
2. Want a meeting with you before starting the work.
3. We meet in our office in chennai
4. We are ready to keep 15L escrow as well we expect a W funder who can keep 15L escrow
5. Want a funder who can show new material first
6. My client missed his passport so if you insist on asking for any id while we go to new
Godown, we can't give passport of our party
7. After new is shown, my party will show their material and we start the work.
