Hi... Rice puller selling or buying in India is legal? Because in this website, most of the metallurgy scientist are saying, it's a scam occurs all over India only not in any other nation. So I would like know about rice puller and process of such deal. Will the copper iridium is used in nasa and defence application? In India, drdo provide certificate for rice puller? Can you give clear picture about this process.
