Neelikranti has identified 9 acres of land in West Bengal and 0.5 acre in Maharashtra to start up its R&D lab.

R&D lab will be used to train and practice RAS by empowering the rural women.

At the initial level we are projecting a production of 100 tons of cat fish annually and train more than 70 women on RAS farming in our R&D.

After successful completion of 2 cycles of production, which is 9 months of practice, we will be going for a fund raising.

It will be potentially invested for an aggressive expansion of our factory model.

Women will be stipend during the training. After completion they will be certified.

We would further try to help the trained women to setup their own indoor fish farm.

To help setup at a reasonable price we would further envision to assemble a make in India RAS at a fair scale. We are in association of potential engineering consultants who are ready to contribute voluntarily without profit. Further we shall go for meaningful partnerships to acualize.

After setup we will support women with the funding referrals to buy seeds along with onsite production assistance.

We shall also help to sell their private produce at a reasonable profit bypassing middlemen.

NGO will also have its warehouses and retail outlets where our women members can use it directly as a selling platform and make the general public aware of the mission objectives
