We have the requirement of Third Party Collateral for our Immediate Credit Enhancement Purpose through Private Placement .

Now we are raising the Loan amount of 13 Crores ( 2 m USD ) through FOREIGN CURRENCY LOAN to execute the Export Orders of Supply of Energy Efficient LED LIght Fixtues through Our WOS in switzerland .

Our terms are as below :

1. Collateral Value should be more than 30 Crores as per the Internal Valuation policy of Funding Team.

2. Collateral Provider should be the One of the Partner in the Export Company .

3. 10 % of the Loan amount will be given to Collateral Owner and same can be paid to back to us with out Interest once we are discharging complete Liability of Loan and handing over the safe documents to the owner

4. Loan amount Repayment and all Interest Portions and Other Liabilities arising out of this Lending will be taken care of by us after we conduct Due Diligence on this part mutually.
