TERM SHEET OF TRADE FUND COMPANY TO TRUST
Physical cash shows by B party : Rs 130 Cr
RTGS will make by W party to NGO:Rs 300 Cr
Media commission of Rs 30 Cr will distribute in three group ( A+B+C) by the
company.
A security of Rs. 7 lacs (Rupees seven lacs) will provide by NGO / TRUST to Mr. Amit Borde by cash at
the time submitted the movement charge to company. This security amount will honour only after any
failure comes from NGO / TRUST on the date of dealing. After receiving the above amount escrow will
be made within 24 to 48 hrs respectively working days. After opening escrow work will be done next day
morning.
Day 1
Escrow amount of Rs. 25 Lacs
Escrow place : - (any five star hotel, Mumbai )

For escrow Company person will bring Authorisation letter ( of group company) , Rs.25 L and Personal
I D proof similarly B party should also bring Rs.25 L , Personal ID proof and Authorisation letter of the
Trust (mandatory) . Both the party will keep escrow in above mentioned hotel locker which will be
protected by putting 2 codes by both the side. One person from both the side is allowed to stay in the
hotel room till the transaction ends. Hotel room will be booked by the company online. Hotel charges
will be paid by the company . Deviation of any terms from either side will attract forfeiture of the
escrow amount. Without any discussion and dispute.
After executing escrow if required company can share it’s name and bank details.
Day 2 –
Slot time :- 10:30 Am to 11:30 Am ( Cash must shown by the B party within the slot time)
1) Both the parties will meet at the pre decided place near the object. W party will go inside the
bank with only one authorised person of B party. Company person will signed application form
for pull out the statement from the bank and submitted to bank manager and pulling out the
current statement and show it to B party authorised person but not hand over.
2) After the showing of statement, the authorised person will show his authorised ID letter and
then B party will show the cash physically and it must be shown between 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM.

Note :- Material distance should not be more than 1 Km from the meeting place (strictly)
3) After physical verification of cash, both the parties will exchange KYC. B party must show ITR,
Balance Sheet, Trust PAN Card, Trustee's PAN Card, Trust registration copy, 12A & 80G and Bank
receiving letter, project details After this, both the parties will give mutual permission to move
forward.
4) On acceptance of full Q&Q, W party will give RTGS in trust account. After RTGS, trust will do in
out.
5) On credit & confirmation, W party will pick up the material of 130 crores.
6) While leaving the place, donation letter will be handed over. Initially it is provided over mail,
the original will be couriered to the address of the trust.
7) Whoever fails, either W party or B party, then immediately without discussion escrow amount
will be handed over to the other party.
Note:
a) The material should not be in any residential area, crowded area, narrow streets,
religious places or farm houses. There should not be any cameras in and around that
area. And it should be on ground floor only.
b) Receiving trust must have valid project for transaction.
c) B party is not allowed to note down the bank details or click any photo of the statement.
d) After the cash has been seen, W party will hand over the statement to the B party.
e) Balance of account should be more than 24 hrs old in the account.
f) Rtgs will make for Rupees three hundred crore to the NGO / TRUST account
LIST OF DOCUMENTS
Company will provide the following documents :
ROC, PAN of company, Board resolution for donation, 3 years IT returns & Balance sheets,
MOA & AOA ,Authorized persons letter, Personal ID and PAN, Bank coordinates,
company other KYC documents, Donation letter & Willingness letter.
Trust will provide the following documents :

Registration certificate, 80G, 12AA , Board resolution for donation , 3 yrs Balance
sheets & ITR , Bank statement ( one year), Letter from bank for receiving capacity, PAN
of Trust, Donation Request letter , Cancelled cheque , NITI Aayog registration , Approved Project
