hi sellers dont believe in markspencer, he is a fraudster ,he says he has a company which is goa and they will test your note for three days and biggest thing is like he will ask charges to be bared by seller other than his charges like food stay and flights and the money got transfered he will not respond

bro Markspencer you are dealing with old currency and the notes of the year printed is been printed by Govt Of India

1.Notes are been printed by Govt right, then why the hell i dont understand that that what will they test as if its a Functional Note
2.Notes are been printed and to Test you can go and check in any of the Nationalized Bank,Private Bank, If not go to RBI and check
