I am one of the board members of a trust which is looking for donation of CSR funds particularly. Foreign funds can also be done but needs some extra steps.

Please read these notes before you proceed :

1. We are not interested in having meetings and conference calls with mediators, if you can bring the client for a meeting that would be perfect. Otherwise I would suggest to back off because we have invested a lot of time in vain with mediators.

2. Don’t ask for any documentation. We don’t intend to spread our trust documents inside your mediator circle. So a big no to documentation.

3. We don’t support or ask for escrows.

4. Please don’t give any lame excuses saying that client asked for this and that. Please note that under no circumstance we would share documents over email.

5. Meetings will be only conducted with Mandate or Direct Client. If the person fails to prove that he is the mandate then compensation would be charged.

6. Mediator can have meeting if he can arrange a video conference with the client.

7. We are not against mediators but we anticipate to see fair play during the transaction.

8. Cash will be shown if liquid cash is your preference at the bank or any place mutually agreed.
