Rice pullers are only used by scammers in India to pull money from ignorant buyers.

NASA has no interest in pulling rice. Some people have been arrested in scams reagrding a link to NASA and rice pullers[1]
I cant imagine anyone having a need to pull rice.
There are no producers of copper iridium alloy for industrial or other known purpose.
Iridium is a very hard corrosion resistant metal, used to plate some jewelry item
As an alloying agent , it is added to platinum to harden the platinum to make it durable.

Lack of source of income and responsibilities are major reason for ppl to opt out for easy money.

Individuals should be vigilant before spending penny, especially the once who struggle to earn them.

Coming to your point.. RP is fake and all.. I have my reservations to comment on it.. like I mentioned in my initial reply, I have never seen or dealt with RP.. but I have witnessed high profiled ppl who did conclude successfully in past.

It has been brought to the notice of the Reserve Bank of India that some unscrupulous persons are marketing a device termed “Rice Puller” made up of copper/iridium, that is claimed to possess magical properties of attracting grains of rice towards it. The persons associated have been reportedly misrepresenting the Government Securities auction circulars/Notifications issued by RBI/GoI as proof of RBI sourcing funds for such activities on behalf of the sellers of these articles.

Reserve Bank of India, hereby, cautions the public in general not to fall prey to such claims and that they should report such incidences to the investigating authorities. It is reiterated that associating with such unscrupulous persons can result in direct financial losses and public in their own interest should refrain from responding to such offers in any manner.

Coming to you're statement on cost factor of Iridium or Uranium, you're absolutely right they are priced less than gold.. but have you ever seen or brought something with the combination of both and have capacity to attract things?

While I agree with you most people involved in this are frauds and at same time people who lost money cannot not be labeled as victims, since they were greedy in first place.. again it's my individual opinion.

sj HYD... i have seen many hight profile people who say they deal with RP etc.. first all things regarding RP is false. no DRDO NOR RBI gives any licence to this. and more over this irradium r uranium are not so costly then gold. you can here is kind ok RP only in India and some palces in Bangladesh. and specially in Kolkata , benglour, Hyderabad and Chennai.. main kingpin operations for this fraud activities are hosted in Kolkata. im 100% sure no buyer r seller r mediator has done any deal till now. its all fraud activities just to loot people in name of testing charges by chetters.no company on this earth could purchased this item called RP. its all trash and fraud. RP means rich peopel targeting fraud business.

Rahul - have been watching your replies and posts on RP last two days, while I respect your intention to help individuals from fake people.. what i couldn't understand is you're negativity with respect to RP.?

Your replies have created interest in me to know more about this whole RP and dealings around it.. honestly I never dealt with them nor I witnessed anything as on today.. however I know high profile ppl who did this is past.

many people in this forum say that have R.P. article and ask crores, and some people say that have company for buyers with DRDO and RBI certified company ( I personally called internal sources in DRDO and RBI they informed me there are no such activities, all are fraud, *** even RBI as given notice dated on JULY thirtyone twozeroeighteen regarding this R.P. as fraud activity.

Story One: One day Devdas Baba met Delhi based businessmen and reportedly offered them a rice puller, that he could get from one of his disciples. The baba then told them to arrange Rs.2 Crore to buy ‘rice puller’. He had also convinced the ‘buyers’ that this ‘copper iridium’ is used by space organizations and once they buy this piece from him, they can in turn sell it to NASA for Rs.1000 Crores! Can you believe this story? Looks fake isn’t it? But the fact is that Mr. Baba collected Rs.1 Crore as advance and escaped to Russia! The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police registered a case against him. (April, 2011)

Story Two: A group of five people at Kollam (Kerala State) were trying to sell an East India Company Petromax (Lamp) for Rs.25 Crores through a broker to a British National camping in Bangalore. The group apparently was claiming that the Petromax is a rice puller. These people told the police that NASA would pay even Rs.500 Crore for this piece of metal! (May, 2014)

RBI NOTICE :-
:Mumbai, July 31: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Tuesday warned people about 'rice puller' scam and urged them not to fall a prey to a device that is claimed to have magical properties. The RBI in its release cautioned people not to believe such false claims and asked them to report such incidences immediately to the investigating authorities. In a statement, the RBI said that it has been brought to its notice that "some unscrupulous persons" are marketing a device termed 'rice puller' made up of copper/iridium, that is claimed to possess magical properties of attracting grains of rice towards it. In its warning titled 'Cautionary advice on Rice pulling Scam', the RBI said, "The persons associated have been reportedly misrepresenting the Government Securities auction circulars/Notifications issued by RBI/GoI as proof of RBI sourcing funds for such activities on behalf of the sellers of these articles”.

The Central Bank added saying that it is reiterated that associating with such unscrupulous persons can result in direct financial losses and the public in their own interest should refrain from responding to such offers in any manner.

The RBI is scheduled to release its third bi-monthly monetary policy statement for 2018-19 on August 1. All eyes will be on the outcome of the Monetary Policy Committee’s (MPC) meeting on Wednesday. Reports inform that the decision of the MPC will be announced at 14:30 hours on August 1.
