I have donor company. If anybody interested in Company to Company (or) Company to Trust Donation / UTurn contact my email. Which one need to finalize the deal then accept our terms and conditions. Otherwise dont waste your time and our time. Because we have company 1000% sure. .

Work Procedure: (anybody interested mail me)



1. Sent list of Documents listed below (Company / Trust)
2. Photo copy of 10 Lakhs of DD on given person Name / 12 Lakhs of DD on given company name (the company name is not a donor)
3. After verification of all within 48-72 hours the transaction will be happening.
4. On TTM (Table Top Meeting) company collect the DD from Trust / Company and give same DD value of HSBC cheque (donating company account) to trust / company.
5. If failure happened on trust side then company collect their given cheque from trust / company and leave with DD
(Or)
If failure happened from our company side they hand over the DD and leave the cheque to Trust / Company for the penalty.
6. Minimum transaction value is 25Cr. (dont approach below 25 cr)

1) 3 yrs balance sheet.
2) Project
3)six months bank statement.
4) last 3 yrs ITR.
5) Company profile.
6) List of directors and share holding pattern certified by CS.
7) Company pan card.

C To Trust documents required

1. Trust Registration Certificate
2. 80G Registration certificate.
3. 12AA Registration "certificate.by"
4. Donation request letter
5. PAN card of the Trust.
6. List of Trustees ( KYC/ Pan ).
7. Last 3 years IT Returns.
8. C.A approved project synopsis ( CBDT ) (OPTIONAL)
9. Cancelled cheque.
10. Trust deed.
11. Trust profile and activities with website
12. NITI AAYOG, ID, GST registration, UID No.
13. Bank Receiving Capacity letter
