Day Two: Both parties will assemble at the mutually agreed spot at the fixed time: W party will show company Authorisation letter with bank statement  and personal ID to B party. (Authorised person May be ladies or gents)

 Statement will not be handed over to B party at this point.

After that B party will take W party to spot of cash for confirmation and W party will check cash randomly. After satisfaction W party will exchange  KYC of company with B party. If be party has need W party can pull out statement in the bank in presence of B party and then W party will call Q & Q team,  which will do Q&Q and thereafter W party will hit RTGS and will give UTR No to B party will check RTGS to its satisfaction.

Q&Q team will lift the cash already packed in boxes and will leave the spot after issuing disclaimer/donation  letter to B party at the spot.

W party will not pick cash from public places like bank Hospital Hotels societie flats apartments  banquet hall schools colleges dhramshala temples mosques churches guruduwara etc. 

Coverage of CCTV at any cost should not be in and out of the premises where the cash is kept & it must be stored on ground floor only and accessible by CMS Vans straight into the spot. Street must be so broad that cms can move easily.
