Project finance against asset/collateral available at 6-8% interest.

The financier will mortgage the land of the borrower after proper investigation/survey/valuation.

Minimum Amount- 5 crore.

Tenure of loan- 5-20 years depending upon various criteria.

Amount can be given via RTGS/ ANGADIYA SERVICES/ COURIER SERVICES.

Locking Period- 3 years.

We don't ask for any upfront fees. But you will have to take care of the various legal expenses during the process. Legal expenses will include stamp duty on registered mortgage deed as per the state of mortgage, lawyer's fees and drafting charges.

Our commission is 3% post RTGS. NO NEGOTIATIONS in our COMMISSION.

WE ALSO DO NPA CASES PROVIDED THE CASE IS NOT ON BOARD OF "DRT".

KINDLY SEND THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS FOR APPROVAL.

1. KYC OF DIRECTORS.
2. BALANCE SHEET, AUDIT REPORT AND
AOC-4.
3. PROJECT REPORT VERIFIED BY
CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT.
4. THREE YEARS ITR.
5. 6 MONTHS BANK STATEMENT.
6. INCORPORATION DOCUMENTS.
