This is purely Project Investment On Holding FDR (Trading Program - Bullet Payment Deal).

Investment = min 5 Cr (will be blocked for 1 Year)
Return = 3 Times (for 5 Cr get 15 Cr on agreement sign day)
Media = 30 % (For 5 Cr investment 15 Cr return Media 4.5 Cr) (Long media please avoid)

Eligible Conditions :
1. Anybody have 5 Cr in their Savings Bank account (individual file last 3 year ITR)
2. Any Proprietorship / Partnership / Private Ltd companies have balance more that 5 cr in their bank account

Documents Needed First :
1. Bank Statement which have balance of more than 5 Cr

Work Procedure :
1. Need to send the following documents
A. Latest Bank Statement (with balance of more than 5 Cr)
B. KYC of Fund Owner (Individual or Company)
(a) PAN, AADHAR etc. of Individual owner; OR
(b) PAN & ROC of Company and PAN, AADHAR of its Signatory’s if owner is a Pvt. Ltd. company
C. Passport of Owner or of Signatory Director
D. Willingness letter (with passport size photo cross signed)
E. Need following Company Documents
(1) Incorporation Certificate (ROC)
(2) KYC, MoA, AoA
(3) GST certificate
(4) All Directors’ KYC
(5) ITR + CA Audit Report + Balance Sheet for latest 3 years (for newer companies, at least of two years)
(6) BRL: Bank Receiving-capacity Letter
(7) Cancelled Cheque
(8) Project Report with approvals or at least CA’s Approval
(9) Freshly drawn 6 months bank statement of cash in bank with 2 bank officers sign and seal

2. Documents processing time around 10 to 15 working days for scrutiny (The fund must be in account. The fund is not locked).

3. There may be several inquiries from the Program Manager toward the fund owner during this period, mostly to shape-up the
papers. We expect co-operation in this regard.

4. On success, the fund owner send a offer letter and which date they will come to Investor's Bank.

5. After agreement signed in front of Bank Manager the fund will be locked for 1 year within 2 hours RTGS(3x) will be sent to
receiver account from Traders account.
6. After verifying the fund the receiver send RTGS to media (30% of 3x) on given account.
7. After 1 year the fund will release from receiver account.
