DD - 6.10cr ---> <-- RTGS of CSR fund– 11cr CA charges /Brokerage=1.1cr net donation received by NGO=3.8cr
DD - 8.59cr---> <-- RTGS of CSR fund- 16cr CA charges /Brokerage=1.6cr net donation received by NGO=5.81cr
DD -11.19cr---> <-- RTGS of CSR fund– 22cr CA charges /Brokerage=2.2cr net donation received by NGO=8.61cr
DD- 18.99cr---> <-- RTGS of CSR fund– 40cr CA charges /Brokerage=4.0cr net donation received by NGO=17.01cr
D=Donner Company R=Receiver NGO
Terms and Conditions methodology summary SEQUENTIALLY.
1>D sends RTGS to the R as per given slab above. R pays the CA charges /Brokerage as per slab above. On the same
day. R hands over the Demand Draft(DD) as per given slab above on the same day(after signing contract and
exchanging KYC).DD must be prepared in advance (not after receiving RTGS.)
2>CA charges /Brokerage(brokerage) to be paid in hard cash.
3>D takes company details of R 1/2 days before the transaction and takes the decision to do the donation.
4>R prepares DD in favor of X company. Given by D.
5>R gets D company details on the day of the transaction only on table.
6>Necessary documentation is discussed and prepared on the day of the transaction.
NOTE: DD MUST BE PREPARED by NGO IN ADVANCE BEFORE THE DEAL BY THE RECEIVER BEFORE
RECEIVING THE AMOUNT VIA RTGS.

2) Against purchase bill(for DD)...
whichever is suitable for both the parties .
For CSR Fund Donations(CA charges /Brokerage=10% of RTGS amount)

Required documents for NGO

3> 3 months bank statement.
4>Directors KYC
5>Cancelled Cheque.

Secondly I am sharing with you the method :-
1) Receiver NGO has to share the following documents mentioned above.
2) Donar company will verify the NGO background and docs .
3) After verifying the details if the Donar company finds it suitable to work with the receiver NGO then the
company details will be shared to make the D.D against the slab in which the receiver NGO is willing to work.....
3) After making the D.D , receiver NGO will have to share a photo copy of that D.D , so that Donar company can
check the originality of that D.D.
4) After verifying the D.D , Receiver NGO will come to the office of the donar , both the parties will exchange
their KYC and complete the agreement.
5) Donar company will Rtgs the amount to the receiver NGO.
6) After verifying the Amount received on the said account, receiver NGO will then hand over the D.D to donar
company .Necessary documentation will be given against each transactions.(CSR Donations /Purchase bill etc
whichever is suitable).
Private Banks preferred for transactions./ NGOs with large turnovers or Donations preferred/DD and Hard
cash(CA charges /Brokerage /Brokerage) must be readily available before receiving RTGS. Details about D and X to
be revealed on table after creating draft in favor of X. Details of R(NGO) to be submitted in advance to D.DD should
be prepared in ICICI bank (any branch).
D-- RTGS(CSR Fund as donation) -->Receiver NGO-- Demand Draft to--->against purchase bill nongst
commodities).
