Booking charges in 3 Installments
1st installment in some thousand,
2nd installment on donor/receiver face to face meeting.
3rd installment on transaction day.
Penalty as per both party decided.

Some basic procedure as follows:

1) info about company/trust ITR & account capacity.

2) liquid clarification
& confirmation(denominations etc), ratio decision as per ITR paid n account capability.

3) Booking charges (REFUNDABLE AFTER SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION): in 3 steps
a) MOU, pre and post donation legal papers drafting charges, receipts and other document drafting charges, transportation and stay of donor company owner. Charges deposited either to authorise signatory or RTGS company account directly (official receipt provided by company)

THIS CHARGES IS JUST TO CONFIRM OF GENUINE RECEIVER PARTY.
NEED TO PAY AFTER MOU DRAFT.
AS COMPANY OR MANDATE RECEIVE AMOUNT COMPANY WILL PROVIDE DETAIL OF TO N FRO TICKET N CONFIRMATION OF TRANSACTION DATE.

2) After personal meeting of both party. MOU signing, transaction date and cash penalty amount fixing and pre and post donation document submission in Mumbai jurisdiction and seal Stamp need to pay 2nd installment of charges.
CONPANY CAN SHOW LATEST BANK STATEMENT INFRONT OF RECEIVER COMPANY/TRUST PERSONS IN BANK.

3) On transaction day both party will sit on table with decided penalty cash.
RTGS can be done online or can do it in bank via cheque with receiver company/trust authorise person in bank.

After successful RTGS in bank or online donor company staff will complete QnQ, after satisfaction company will provide UTR number.
After successful transaction receiver company/trust will check via in n out etc. Donor company will take cash and leave with post donation documents.

BOOKING CHARGES AND 80-85% OF TAX ALSO REFUNDED AFTER SUCCESSFUL DEAL

Which ever party fail to perform will pay penalty charges to other party and media.
