a. Upon receipt of LOI cum Purchase Order, Seller will issue Welcome Letter indicating the Venue, Date & Time for the Meeting
b. At the meeting exchange of all relevant documents to be displayed.
c. Upon being satisfied, Seller & Buyer will enter into a Sale Purchase Agreement (SPA) & also NCNDA including Master Fee Protection Agreement (MFPA) - to cover the interest of the Mediators on Seller, Buyer & Middle Media
d. On the day of the actual Sale of the Bullion on the assigned Schedule, Buyer will do the Q&Q of the Bullion.
On being satisfied with the Q&Q of the material, Buyer will do the RTGS into the account of the Seller. On confirmation of the Receipt of funds by the Seller, Buyer will take Bullion into his possession.
